Payment, Subscription & Billing Policy

1 Nature of Services

Dominic Savio Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. is a service provider offering assistance related to application processes. We provide:

  • Customer onboarding and profile creation
  • Profile details collection and documentation assistance
  • Basic profile review for service support
  • Application preparation support
  • Coordination with partner service providers
  • Application tracking and updates

Note: We do not provide loans, do not act as a lender, and do not disburse any funds.

2 Charges & Pricing Transparency

All payments made on Sainik.loan are service-based charges, including:

  • Membership fees
  • Processing and documentation support fees

Applicable GST is charged as per government regulations. The total payable amount (including GST, if applicable) is displayed clearly before payment. There are no hidden charges.

3. No Guarantee Disclaimer: Dominic Savio Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee loan approval. Loan approval is subject to the policies, eligibility criteria, and final decision of the respective bank or NBFC.

4 Subscription & Recurring Billing (UPI Mandate)

Our services involve continuous support and engagement, including follow-ups, documentation updates, and coordination with partner service providers. To ensure uninterrupted service, users may be enrolled in a subscription-based plan. By choosing a subscription:

  • You authorize auto-debit (UPI Mandate) for the selected plan.
  • Charges will be deducted as per the defined billing cycle.
  • The billing cycle, amount, and frequency are clearly communicated before payment.
  • This ensures continuity of services without interruption.

5 Service Initiation Timeline

Services are initiated within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

6 Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of their subscription at any time by contacting support.

  • Cancellation will stop future auto-debits.
  • Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused service period.

7 Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are considered only if services have not been initiated.
  • Once onboarding or documentation processing has started, fees are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8 Regulatory Disclaimer

  • Dominic Savio Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. is not a bank or NBFC.
  • We are not affiliated with RBI or any government authority.
  • We act solely as a service facilitator connecting users with partner service providers.

10. User Consent

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing service-based assistance.
