Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

Welcome to Dominic Savio Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform (“Service”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

We provide platform-based service-based assistance through structured membership services. We are not a bank, NBFC, or lending institution.

2. Eligibility

Users must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Capable of entering a legally binding agreement
• Providing accurate and complete information

3. Membership & Services

Users can enroll in membership-based services that provide structured assistance. Each service includes clearly defined service fees and payment schedules.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and required details
• Authorize auto-debit payments (UPI AutoPay / eNACH)
• Maintain sufficient balance for scheduled payments

5. Payments & Charges

• All charges are service-based platform fees, not interest
• Payment schedules are agreed upon during service activation
• Late or failed payments may attract applicable charges

6. Auto-Debit Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize us to debit your account via UPI AutoPay or eNACH as per your selected service.

7. Cancellation

• Cancellation is allowed before activation of the service
• Once activated, charges may not be refundable

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Bank delays
• Payment failures due to insufficient balance
• Technical interruptions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

• Misuse
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of terms

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
